Membership Registration

Membership at RRS is completely free.
There are no initiation or membership fees, and anyone can sign up to enjoy all of our services. 

 

Security Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. RRS operates under a strict security policy to safeguard your valuable data. (Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.)

All personal and payment information is protected by SSL encryption technology, so you can shop with confidence.

⦁ We use PayPal's standard integration, meaning we do not have access to or store your card details. All payment information is securely encrypted and processed through PayPal.

 

Order Cancellation Request
Cancellations can only be made before your order has been shipped.

⦁ Please note that some orders are processed very quickly after payment, and cancellation may not be possible once the shipping process has started.

 

Refund and Return Policy
We operate a fair and efficient refund and return policy.

Refund Information
⦁ Partial Refunds:
For out-of-stock or discontinued items, a partial refund will be issued immediately via PayPal.
⦁ Return Refunds
Once the returned item arrives at our facility, we will inspect its condition and then process the refund. (This may take 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer.) 

 

Return and Exchange Information

Request Period
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. (Requests made after 30 days may be denied.)

Reasons for Return/Exchange
⦁ Customer's Reason
For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/color choice), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both initial and return).
⦁ Seller's Fault
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or lost item, a full refund or reshipment is available. (Note: Minor scratches or dents on the outer packaging that occur during international shipping are not grounds for a return or exchange.)


Cases Where Returns/Exchanges are Not Possible

⦁ Change of mind after the item has been shipped (only a partial refund, minus shipping costs, is possible).
⦁ If the product has been opened or shows any signs of use.
⦁ If the order was placed incorrectly due to the customer's mistake.
⦁ If the item is returned due to customs issues (e.g., unpaid taxes, missing documents), refusal of delivery, or failure to be contacted by the carrier. 


Return Procedure

1. Before returning an item, you must contact our customer service team via email at csteam@roseroseshop.com.
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions after discussing the refund process, cost responsibility, and shipping method.
3. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.
4. Any free gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.
5. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
6. All returns must be sent via Registered Airmail with a tracking number.

 

Return Shipping Cost Policy

⦁ Round-trip shipping costs (initial shipping fee + return shipping fee) are non-refundable. This applies to orders that received free shipping.
⦁ If the actual round-trip shipping cost exceeds the total amount of your order, a refund will not be possible.
⦁ Address Errors: The customer is fully responsible for any costs incurred due to packages being returned because of an incorrect address or postal code.

 

Damaged, Lost, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Within 7 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service at csteam@roseroseshop.com with the following information.
We will review it and arrange for a refund or reshipment.

⦁ Required Information
Order Number, Photo of all items received, Detailed photo or video of the damaged area, Photo of the shipping label.

 

Customs & Duties Information
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

 Customs Duties and Local Fees

⦁ All import duties, taxes, and local handling/storage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
⦁ Please check your country's customs limits and policies before placing an order.
⦁ The item price and shipping cost do not include any customs-related fees.

Returns Due to Customs Issues
⦁ The seller is not responsible for packages returned due to customs issues,
   such as unpaid taxes, import restrictions, or missing paperwork.
⦁ In such cases, the round-trip shipping costs will not be refunded. 
   If these costs exceed the order total, no refund will be issued.
   (This applies to free shipping orders as well.)

 

International Shipping Weight Limit

Due to international shipping regulations, the maximum allowable weight per package is 30kg.

If the total cart weight exceeds 30kg, checkout may be restricted and customers must adjust the quantity before proceeding.

This policy complies with international logistics and air freight regulations. Orders that do not meet this requirement may be delayed or canceled.

 

 

Other Information

Price Changes
Product prices may change due to exchange rates and promotions. We cannot offer price adjustments or compensation for orders that have already been completed.

Product Renewals
Brands may update product packaging or formulations during a renewal process. Receiving a renewed version is not considered a defect or an incorrect shipment.

Color Differences
The actual color of a product may vary depending on your screen settings or skin tone. This is not a valid reason for a return or exchange.

Free Gifts
Free gifts are subject to availability. If a gift is out of stock when your order is being packed, it may not be included without prior notice.
